Orders over £50 in value and under 30 Kilograms in weight are FREE to mainland UK addresses ( Excludes all islands, Northern Ireland, Argyle & Bute and the Highlands and Islands addresses). This applies to customers who use our checkout via SagePay. If Paypal is used, without registering, Free Shipping may not be available.
There is a shipping calculator accessible in the shopping basket. Shipping is based on your location so insert your county and postcode to determine the carriage cost. There may be several options available.

The courier should email or text you with your tracking number and you can track your parcel’s progress online.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked or Parcelforce depending on the weight and value. Orders received by 2PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Royal Mail or Parcelforce SHOULD deliver within 1-3 working days. A signature is required on delivery.
Next Working Day Delivery
Orders are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on the weight up to 30kg. Orders received by 2PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. A working day does not include Saturday or Sunday or a Bank Holiday. A signature is required on delivery. Parcelforce cannot guarantee next working day in most Scottish postcodes. It is the carrier who guarantees next working day delivery - not Outdoor Clearance. We will do our bit, but at times (for instance pre Christmas) the courier service standard may not be achieved.
Non delivery of Goods
If you have not received your goods within the above specified times, please inform us and we will do our best to track the item and get it delivered to you. In the rare event of the courier losing the item completely, please allow 14 days for us to compensate you as the courier demands 14 days before we can claim.
If you are not in when the parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a note. In such an event, you are responsible for contacting the courier and making arrangements for collection/delivery. The courier will not accept notes pinned on doors asking them to deliver to another address.
If you fail to collect the delivery and it is returned to us, we will only refund the cost of the item. You will be charged for the carriage.
